Delivery timelines generally range between 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery location. For customized items, garden décor, or bulk plant orders, delivery times may vary and will be communicated in advance.

All live plants and fragile items are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in healthy and safe condition. While we take every precaution, minor variations in plant size, color, or bloom stage may occur due to natural growth patterns.

Customers choosing the pickup option may collect their orders from our designated location during confirmed business hours. Pickup details will be shared once the order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation at the time of collection.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for reattempts.

In rare circumstances such as weather disruptions, stock issues, or unforeseen logistical delays, delivery timelines may be adjusted. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
