We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation and refund process. Orders may be canceled before shipment or dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants and customized products, refunds and returns for these items are limited. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as deemed appropriate. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, depending on banking procedures.

Minor variations in plant size, color, or design are natural and do not qualify as defects. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
