General Policy
At Country Stories, we strive to make your experience smooth and stress-free. However, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies differ slightly across services.
1. Café Reservations & Events
Table Reservations: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your booking.
Party Bookings: Advance payments are partially refundable if canceled at least 48 hours prior.
2. Fashion & Lifestyle Appointments
Store visit or trial slots can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
3. Garden & Living Services
Consultancy or décor bookings can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
Product purchases (plants, décor, accessories) are non-refundable once sold, unless defective at the time of purchase.
4. Travel Bookings
Customized Tours & Packages:
75% refund if canceled 30 days before departure.
50% refund if canceled 15–29 days before departure.
25% refund if canceled 7–14 days before departure.
No refund if canceled less than 7 days before departure.
Holiday Packages & Group Tours: Cancellation policies may vary depending on partner hotels, transport, and activity providers. These details will be shared at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Services: Flight/train tickets, special permits, and third-party bookings are non-refundable once issued.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Force Manure
Country Stories is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, partial refunds or rescheduling may be offered.
